Responsibilities:

- Preparing water and maintenance bill.
- Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Preparing maintenance and rental monthly report
- Assist in the preparation of yearly insurance and statement.
- Assist in the preparation for AGM.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Possess at least a Diploma in accounting, finance or relevant field.
- Knowledge in UBS/ Auto Count Accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literate and MS Office.

Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
