**Location**: _**Ampang, Ulu Kelang**_
- Manage and support the technical execution of new product launches, extensions, cosmetic changes, and related projects to ensure on-time, on-budget market introductions.
- Manage artwork and cosmetic changes, including introductions (phase in) and discontinuations (phase out), to prevent supply disruptions and minimize write-offs.
- Manage and update changes in the artwork system (CHAMPS), SAP, change control, and product guides.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to introducing (phase in) new packaging artwork on schedule.
- Support operational excellence projects and internal/external initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards in new product launches, product extensions, and artwork changes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in **project management** or **production planning**, preferably in the **pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare**, or **FMCG manufacturing** industries.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of **SAP** (ECC and APO modules) is preferred in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, time management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and a team player, able to adapt to a fast pace environment.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of **Power BI** is an advantage.
