Finance Assistance

Job Scope: - Responsible for general accounting for accounts receivable and payable, processing transactions, issuing invoices, payments, updating ledgers, bank reconciliation and other financial records to ensure accuracy. - Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing financial documents and maintaining financial databases. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers into accounting systems. - Assisting in preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries. - Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and data. - To perform all other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department or Manager Requirement: - Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Finance/ Business Management or equivalent. - At least 2 years relevant working experience. - Must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage. - Positive attitude, committed to the job, analytical with strong critical thinking, responsible, results oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills and a team player. - Ability to work under pressure. - Highly motivated and target driven. - Basic knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws.
