**Summary**:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and smooth employee-related processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting ads.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation.
- Handle leave records, attendance, and payroll data submission.
- Respond to HR queries and provide general administrative support.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
