Ø To be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions which encompass but are not limited to compensation & benefits, Industrial Relations (HR), training & development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, maintaining employee records and general office administration support.
Ø Manage, review and budget for effective Compensation & Benefits (company headcount, staff cost, compensation, staff welfare & benefit in line with business plan)
Ø Drive strategic HR improvement initiatives and new program rollout which is consistent with strategic direction.
Ø Partner with the line manager to take a proactive and consultative approach in all HR-related matters.
Ø Drive HR key performance indicators and management reporting.
Ø Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Ø Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Ø Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; Conducts and analyses exit interviews; recommends changes.
Ø Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ø Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling and disciplining employees.
Ø Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Ø Lead the overall competency assessment to set the formula on annual rewarding system, in order to ensure staff retain and gain a high performance as set, as well as to be the result of salary increase and bonus in the end of year.
Ø Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
