**Customer Service Officer (FinTech Start-Up, Damansara Intan, PJ)**
Our client, a fast-growing FinTech start-up founded in 2021, is transforming the funding landscape through a peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform. They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Service Officer** to support users (investors and issuers), resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with users.
- Educate users on platform features and provide guidance.
- Document all interactions and generate reports on common issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex matters.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma; Degree preferred.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, ideally in fintech or financial services.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to handle fast-paced environments.
**Package**:
- **Salary**: RM3,500-RM4,000 (negotiable)
- **Benefits**: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, discretionary bonus
- **Working Hours**: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- **Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent, Start from 15th Sept onwards
This role reports directly to the **Head of Customer Service** and offers an opportunity to grow with a dynamic, impact-driven start-up.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
