As our Clinic Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinic’s operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinic Oversight**: Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. This includes overseeing patient flow and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained. Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- **Patient Care**: Support our doctors directly, from chaperoning to facilitating clinical procedure set up. Ensuring the highest quality of patient care, address patient complaints, and improve patient satisfaction scores.
- **Staff Management**: Train and supervise clinic staff. Establish & maintain clinic standards and enforcing them to make sure that the team implement best practices when interacting with patients.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the maintenance and ordering of medication or supplies, ensuring there's no shortage or wastage.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure billing procedures are accurate and timely.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure the clinic adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and maintains necessary licenses and certifications. Ensure staff is trained on compliance matters.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize liability. Ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to handle emergencies, both medical and operational, and ensure staff are trained in emergency protocols.

**Working Hours**:
45 hours a week across 6 days.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, bonus if conversational Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role.
- Experience working in Medical Industry or degree in similar field.

**Salary**:
MYR 3000-MYR 4000 with attractive benefits.
