**Administrative Support**

Job Responsibilities

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers in the automotive industry.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal review

**Business Development Support**
- Support in developing business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for client proposals.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Assist in managing and updating client databases.
- Support in handling client inquiries and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain business development records.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the Business Development Manager.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of working experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
