**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Responsible for franchisee development and cooperation negotiation to reach cooperation.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the courier services drop point/collection point/ outlet within the designated area. (Supervising sorting, routing and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages).
- Recruit, train and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times. Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and track franchisees' data such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Supervise and coach all the staff on the code of conduct and all the rules & regulations set by the company e.g. arrangements for overnight parcels, fake POD (proof of delivery), etc.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
