**Responsibilities**:
- Plan local collection & delivery
- Coordinate & monitoring outstation shipment receive & release as per planned.
- Track oversea shipment meeting customer requirements
- Receive & release units for walk in customer
- Conduct service survey
- Prepare accurate reports to HOD
**Experience & Qualification**:
- Good written & communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- 1-2 years working experience in customer service/ logistic or sales admin
