Job Description: Food Product R&D Executive

**About the Role**:
As a Food Product R&D Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring the development of high-quality food products. You will be responsible for conducting research, developing new product concepts, and overseeing the product development process from ideation to commercialization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
- Develop new product concepts based on market needs and company objectives.
- Research and experiment with ingredients, formulations, and processes to create innovative food products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- **Product Development**:

- Develop prototypes and conduct product testing to assess quality, taste, and consumer acceptance.
- Analyze product performance data and make necessary adjustments to formulations or processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, production, quality control) to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- **Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for food products.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the product development process.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues that arise.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of research, development, and testing activities.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for product launch.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum [number] years of experience in food product research and development.
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques.
- Experience with product testing and quality control procedures.
