Supporting the team in handling the fund accounting, and investment management related matters, including governance monitoring.

Outsourcing of Investment Management with fund manager handling, assist the Head of Investment or equivalent on the following:
Act as secretariat for the investment committee meeting Manage the outsourcing of the fund manager, including fund performance, compliance monitoring, credit risk management and liquidity management. Credit monitoring on problematic fixed income instrument. Review investment fees, in comparison with market development and also compliance to contract with our fund manager.

Fund Accounting, assist the Head of Investment or equivalent on the following:
Ensure fund accounting outsourcing are in place, where annual due diligence are conducted including daily tracking on the timeliness and accuracy of the reports. Assist the team in setting fund valuations methodology and monitoring process. Assist the team in handling pricing error process, including calculation on the impact, relevant stakeholder’s approval, Shariah Committee and customer notification process. Prepare BCP working to support in the event of pricing delay

Governance, assist the Head of Investment or equivalent on the following:
Support the investment committee and Investment Linked Business Committee, including preparing the minutes and presenting proposals for the committee for decision making. Produce the Annual Takafulink Financial Statements Assist in review fund profile (published for customers) and update the latest details on timely basis. Shariah Committee governance on investment related matters

Investment Marketing

Assist in providing investment marketing support for the agency and banca channels, including attending meetings to understand their needs. Assist in providing regular fund performance update to distribute channels, including both agency and bank partners
