**Job Objectives**:

- To assist in the effective implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) programs in compliance with applicable legal and corporate requirements.
- To support field-level inspections, incident management, data collection, and coordination of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability related activities, ensuring safe, secure, and sustainable workplace operations.
- To provide operational and administrative support for audits, training, documentation, and regulatory submissions.

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Support compliance with OSHA, DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, and other EHSS regulations, including documentation, renewals, and audit preparation.
- Conduct and assist in workplace inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate sustainability data collection, waste management records, and environmental reporting (eSWIS, CO₂ emissions, etc.).
- Assist in EHSS training, induction, awareness campaigns, and corporate social responsibility/environmental events.
- Review and approve contractor Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) submissions; ensure site entry compliance.
- Maintain and manage EHSS procedures, EHSS programs, and policies.
- Prepare and submit periodic EHSS reports, KPIs, and statistics for management and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in, Safety & Health, Environmental Compliance
- Competency Certificate: Certified Environmental Professionals in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Physical-Chemical Processes) - CePIETSO-PCP (mandatory).
- Other certifications such as Certified Environmental Professionals in Bag Filter Operation (CePBFO), Certified Environmental Professionals in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWAM), or Safety & Health Officer (SHO) are added advantages.
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOE, DOSH, and BOMBA regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
