1. Implement and execute EHS policies and procedures in line with applicable statutory requirements. 2. Plan and control the implementation of approved policies and procedures to ensure compliance, minimize hazards/risks and damage to life and property. 3. Instil awareness and ensure employee are aware of and complies with legislation. 4. Ensure effective hazard and risk identification, assessment and control through periodic safety audit and inspection of workplace. 5. Develop awareness programme/briefing, training programmes to increase proficiency is ESH work practices. 6. Develop a systematic method of accident reporting, analysis and tracking. 7. Ensure proper investigation of all accident/incidents cases. 8. Identify and analyse root cause of accidents/incidents and make appropriate recommendations on preventive measures to be taken to prevent recurrence. 9. Establish and maintain close report with DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, Fire & Rescue Department to facilitate management of ESH issues at workplace. 10. Ensure maintenance of statistical data on OSH related activities including work related accidents, chemical disposal records and other records required by law. 11. Any other relevant task assigned by superior from time to time.
