Verify staff's attendance, leave and OT calculation
- Process monthly payroll
- Prepare statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS...)
- Prepare yearly Form E and EA
- Prepare yearly appraisal
- Handling foreign workers related matters (eg: hostel, permit & passport renewal, FOMEMA)
- Recruitment
- Preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the company
- Maintain and update staffs' personnel file
- Arrange training course for staff
- Handling administrative work and any other ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to start in **short notice** is an advantage
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
