Maintain complete records including attendance records, annual leave, sick leave, productivity, etc.
- Plan human resource development and organizational development such as staff recruitment, training courses and discipline.
- Update the company's files and documentation system.
- Ensure that the manpower requirements are sufficient and appropriate to the needs of the MHSB's functions and roles.
- Manage the calculation of salary, overtime, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Zakat and others.
- Issuing and updating all memos related to the company's implementations.
- Ensure employee discipline is always at a good level and take action against employees who violate the rules.
- Monitor each employee's key performance index for job performance improvement for position confirmation, salary increases, promotions, allowances and annual bonuses.
- Advertise the latest information about the company and job vacancies on appropriate media platforms.
- Updating the company's vehicle and asset usage records, vehicle maintenance and PUSPAKOM inspections.
- Reviewing and updating policies, procedures, guidelines, SOPs, and anything else related to human resources.
- Manage and carry out any work related to the maintenance of the MHSB factory building.
- Manage and monitor any issues related to foreign workers (Passport, work visa / permit, health & safety, discipline and so on).
- Manage and monitor foreign workers' hostels and canteens.
- Carry out monitoring of any cleanliness or any damage in the MHSB factory building.
- Perform any task related to Human Resource Administration.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
