Human Resources Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic HR Leadership**
- Partner with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth and long-term goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve productivity, employee engagement, and company culture.
**2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
- Build and promote the company’s employer brand to position it as an employer of choice.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes.
**3. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations, ensuring open communication between staff and management.
- Lead employee engagement programs to improve retention, morale, and performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
**4. Performance Management & Development**
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company KPIs.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to strengthen employee skills and career growth.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning for future leaders.
**5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance**
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and reward structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking to maintain fair and attractive compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
**6. HR Policy, Culture & Governance**
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects company values.
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
**7. Change Management & Organizational Support**
- Lead HR initiatives during periods of business transformation or expansion.
- Support management in driving change and embedding new ways of working.
- Ensure HR systems, processes, and data management are efficient and reliable.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
