Provide administrative support to the Property Management department, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with hostel tenants to handle check-in, check-out, and accommodation-related matters.
- Ensure all hostels are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety and company standards.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to arrange repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Prepare and update property and hostel inventory lists, tenancy records, and maintenance reports.
- Support the department in monitoring utility usage and monthly expense tracking.
- Assist in any other administrative tasks assigned by the Property Executive or Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in administrative or property management roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to travel for site or hostel inspections when required.
