Digital Business Analyst

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Product Executive to support the development and delivery of our digital products and solutions. This role will involve contributing to both the UI/UX design process and product management duties, ensuring that user interfaces are intuitive while delivering high-quality digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life. **Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications or user stories.
- Assist with UI/UX design for digital products, ensuring that the user interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for product features.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of digital product development projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, UI/UX, operations, and business units) to ensure timely delivery of product features and solutions.
- Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and assist in analysing data to improve product performance and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support the go-to-market strategy, including preparing and delivering product demos to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Help maintain product documentation, including product backlogs, feature lists, and release notes.
- Monitor product usage, performance, and industry trends, providing input for product enhancements and new feature development.
- Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress and roadblocks.
- Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and service providers as needed to support product delivery and functionality.

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with basic UI/UX design principles, with some hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, or mock-ups. Experience with design tools such as Figma is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Familiarity with developing or working with in-house systems or custom-built platforms. Experience in systems integration, data flows, or software architecture for proprietary solutions is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
