**Responsibilities**:
**IT Strategy and Direction**
- Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions and maintain quality of IT deliverables.
- Assess systems, tools and solutions in the market from time to time to find opportunities for automation and digitalization in the business.
- Work closely with the business unit to continuously look for opportunities for automation use cases using various automation tools and technology i.e. Workflow and other tools into the business.
- Support projects roll out of any new IT solutions.

**Operational Excellence**
- Provide daily operational support to business particularly on system functionality to align and harmonizes system and business processes.
- Conduct and coordinate requirement study, workshop together with business units to understand and collect user requirements.
- Ensure change requests are documented, track and relevant approval are done before commencement of any system development in accordance with the demand management process.
- Ensure BRD raised by the Business Unit are reviewed and analyzed on the impact analysis as well as ensure completeness of the document before submitting for approval.
- Coordinate with developer/vendor for deployment of change into UAT.
- Coordinate UAT activity with the Business Unit. Ensure proper sign off and document all test results.
- Coordinate the deployment of change into Production with relevant sign off.
- Conduct user training and prepare a user manual.
- Further expand and improve the usage of existing workflow solutions to identify potential use cases across various business units ; undertake design, development, testing and roll out of workflow use cases as part of the effort to push for automation and process efficiency.

**IT Projects**
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables at each phase of the projects.
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables.
- Manage project timeline and cost.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- Experience in the Business Analyst role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders expectations.
- Able to lead the project team and manage deliverables.
- Experience in IT System project implementation and roll-out.
- Experience in supporting, rolling out ERP/Accounting/Business Intelligence is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Project Management methodology.
- Competent in IT automation, documentation, and project management tools.
- 2-3 or more years of IT experience in a progressively growing capacity.
- Technical skill in SQL scripting, Nintex Workflow, BI and automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
