**Job Summary**:
The QC Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products by performing various tests, inspections, and evaluations throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting detailed analyses, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Record test results, observations, and any deviations from quality standards accurately and promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and non-conformities, collaborating with production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
- Participate in internal audits and quality assurance activities to assess compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control testing and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to report quality issues, discuss findings, and propose solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess at least a Certificate in relevant discipline or minimum 2 years related working experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably in industries such as pharmaceuticals.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with quality control methods, tools, and techniques, such as visual inspection, measurements, and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting test results and observations.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles.
- Able to work in rotating shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
