HR Specialist

**Recruitment and Staffing**: Managing the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- **Employee Relations**: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Assisting with performance reviews, setting goals, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- **Compliance and Policy Management**: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations; updating policies as necessary.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Assisting with payroll processing, administering benefits programs, and conducting salary surveys.
- **HR Administration**: Maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and preparing reports for management.
- **Organizational Development**: Supporting change management initiatives and helping to develop a strong company culture.
- **Health and Safety**: Promoting workplace safety, compliance with health regulations, and supporting employee well-being initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work Monday-Friday at Gelang Patah
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- Sound knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Good knowledge in all HR functions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,157.79 - RM6,064.60 per month
