**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To interact with patients, parents, and medical professionals. Provide information in response to enquiries, appointment, activities planned by the centre, concerns and requests about service.
- This position entrails several aspects of tasks; customer service, guarantee letters, cleanliness, responsibilities, billing and cashier.
- To ensure all therapist appointment slot is fully occupied/filled.
- To inform doctors/therapists for appointment cancellation.
- Make future reservation/ appointment for regular customers on a monthly basis.

**Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa and English to liaise with customers. Other language is an advantage (Mandarin)
- Good customer handling skills and complaint/difficult customer handling experience.
- Excellent communication and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, good stress tolerance and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of Plato systems is an advantage.
- Located in Johor Bharu branch.
