**Job Requirement**:
1. Male / Female

2. atleast 1 year experience in Retail industry, Merchandising and/or administration.

3. Able to work independently

4. Work location in Sutera Avenue Kota Kinabalu

1. Experienced in retail industry will be an advantage.

2. Administer all purchasing documents systematically.

3. Ensuring daily delivery meets production requirements and needs.

4. Resolve quality issue with supplier and arrange for rework route map following up rework activities until return of goods.

5. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors

6. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms

7. Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

8. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers

9. Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services

10. Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements

11. Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost.

12. Overseeing and managing shipments, inventory and the supply of goods.

13. Preparing procurement reports.

14. All purchasing duties and tasks assign by immediate superior.

15. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

16. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.

17. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

18. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

19. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

20. Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

21. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

22. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

23. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

24. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
