**Responsibilities**:
**Finance Operations**
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review journal entries, payment vouchers, and reconciliations prepared by the finance team
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

**Financial Reporting**
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing consolidated reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Work closely with departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with company goals.

**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Assist in managing company cash flow and banking relationships.
- Monitor cash balances and forecast short-term liquidity needs.
- Ensure proper management of payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

**Audit, Taxation & Compliance**
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare audit schedules and support the year-end audit process.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SST submissions, and other statutory requirements.

**Internal Control**
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure finance processes follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Highlight and help resolve control gaps or process weaknesses.
- Support periodic internal checks and improvements for better compliance and efficiency.

**Process Improvement & Team Supervision**
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
- Support the Group CFO/ Finance Manager in mentoring and supervising junior team members.
- Act as the key liaison for operational finance matters.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting, including exposure to operational finance.
- Senior Executives with at least 5-6 years of experience at a senior level are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, finance operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership potential.
- Experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) or involvement in IPO processes is a strong advantage.

Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
