Direct Supervisor: Management Director
Job Responsibilities / Description
1. Establish HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports; plan and achieve HR department KPIs.
2. Plan manpower allocation for the subsidiary at various stages and complete recruitment.
3. Develop human resource management systems (including compensation/benefits/insurance/training/recruitment/employee relations/administrative support, etc.).
4. Conduct salary and benefits surveys to maintain external competitiveness and internal fairness.
5. Align policies with the parent company and propose localized adjustments for regional differences.
Work Items (Weekly/Monthly) & Weightage:
1.Recruitment, employment, and resignation management for local and foreign DL/IDL workers. (25%)
2. Organizational talent development, training planning, and execution. (25%)
3. HR management, including salary and reward systems, benefits assessment, planning, and execution. (30%)
4. Risk control and regular work reporting. (20%)
Professional Knowledge / Skills
1. Government regulations (labor/social welfare/tax, etc.).
2. Organizational and human resource management.
3. Project management and risk control.
4. Problem analysis and resolution. ■
Working Hours
- Regular hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Education & Major
- Master / Bachelor in Humanities, Business, or Management-related fields preferred.
Experience Requirements
1. 10+ years of HR experience in companies with 1,000+ employees.
2. Must have compensation management function experience and HR system management expertise.
3. At least 5 years of experience as a department head or leader.
Personal Traits
- Logical, aligned with corporate values, professional, approachable, good listener, and willing to share.
Language Proficiency
■ Mandarin ■ English ■ Malay
