Location: Batu kawan, Penang.
Next year will move to Kulim Kedah
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office administration.
- Lead recruitment activities, utilizing appropriate hiring channels and collaborating with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related immigration matters in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to statutory requirements and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, while safeguarding organizational and employee interests.
- Support site administration activities such as attendance monitoring, workforce deployment, and accommodation arrangements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and the employee handbook.
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and contribute to HR planning and analysis.
- In charge of expatriate & foreign worker application/renewal of Working Permit
- Any other jobs that will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time, and as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative management, ideally within industries such as manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of employment regulations and workforce management practices.
- Knowledge of work pass and immigration processes is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay, with the ability to provide language support and facilitate cross-cultural understanding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM12, RM18,000.00 per month
