The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting management with timely financial reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, good knowledge of accounting principles, and familiarity with manufacturing cost structures.
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and manage costing activities — including raw materials, production costs, and inventory valuation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of tax, SST, and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support internal control improvements and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in system implementation, process improvement, and ad-hoc financial tasks as required

Pay: RM2,051.92 - RM3,300.00 per month
