**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible receive, sort and distribute mail, receive and process deliveries.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers and screen phone calls, greet, interact and assist visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Makes travel arrangements such as hotel booking or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment.inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Responsible in-charge of office stationery, keep a record and stock balance.
