Working Hour : 8.30am – 5.30am
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, and filing systems
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Support HR and accounts administration (attendance, invoices, basic data entry)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Assist in report preparation and office coordination
- Ensure smooth operation of office administration
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
