Job Description: i. Menguruskan kerja-kerja pengkeranian di cawangan seperti memasukkan maklumat pesakit ke dalam sistem, mengeluarkan Invoice, Delivery Order (DO), resit dan lain-lain; ii. Memastikan cawangan sentiasa berada dalam bersih; iii. Menguruskan syarikat courier; iv. Membuat dan menjawab panggilan telefon daripada pelanggan; v. Menyambut kedatangan pelanggan di cawangan dan bertanya tujuan kedatangan ke Audiolab; vi. Merekod segala perbelanjaan di cawangan (petty cash) dan merekod transaksi jualan di dalam laporan jualan bulanan; vii. lain-lain tugasan akan dimaklumkan kemudian (jika ada); Job Requirement: i. SPM or Diploma in Administration/Office Management and related field ii. Excellent verbal & written communication skill (English & Malay) iii. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and etc) iv. At least 1-year experience in related fields (Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply) v. Able to work with minimum supervision. vi.
