> To perform in a dateline-driven environment & strong attention to details. > Key responsibility perform Executive Office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, performing basic bookkeeping work, account data entry. > Accurately assist in preparing, presenting and posting of guests banquet checks. Coordinate and communicate with other departments F&B requests and projects. > File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. > Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. > Submitting and/or coordinating requisitions for goods and services in Banquet operations. > Assist conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned. > Assist handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. > In charge of team member attended/ overtime record.
