**Responsibilities**
- To provide prompt marketing and administrative support to the network of international / local agent representatives, including course and programme information, procedures and related advice.
- To provide marketing and administrative support, advice, market intelligence and research information to all relevant stakeholders, including agent representative.
- To actively assist in planning and developing suitable advertising and promotional materials, literature, marketing campaigns and events to recruit qualified international students.
- To train and develop team members and external parties in planning, organising, implementing and improving all aspects of international student recruitment and administration processes.
- To contribute in improving the overall efficiency and continuous improvement of IO policies and procedures. To assist with overseas recruitment activities as and when is required.
**Requirements**:
- Keen to build a career in sales and marketing of higher education services (in an education advisory capacity).
- Willingness to learn, adaptable and be able to work independently across cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate in cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and processes and still being able to meet targets.
- Maturity, integrity and resourcefulness. Multilingual verbal and written language competency will be an added advantage.
