The Role
- Responsible to drive business development and client acquisition
- Identify business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting and sales pitching
- Identify new / prospective clients and develop relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders. Generate leads from LinkedIn, Job Search Portals, and other social media portals
- Develop clients pipeline, leads and networking
- Create employer brand awareness and market penetration. Execute a call plan to understand prospective customer’s business & to generate qualified leads
- Manage sales proposal, pricing, contract negotiation and sales closing
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent sales enquiries via call, chat, video conference and other digital assets from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need
- To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings & planning sessions, and collaborating feedback and ideas to colleagues
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent
- Proactive and Resilient
- Experience in selling SaaS/cloud HR systems/Recruitment services and knowledge on HR cloud systems such as payroll would be advantageous
- Good sales drive and an achievement mindset
- Excellent people management and business level fluency of spoken and written English, able to converse in Mandarin is a plus.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills experience
- Willingness to travel
