Channel & Sales Director | Up to RM RM 12,000 + commision | Eco Botanic

Position: Channel & Sales Director

Salary Package: RM 8,000-RM 12,000 + Commission

Company Background: E-commerce

Working days : 5 days / Week (Monday – Friday)

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working Mode : Flexible arrangement

Job Descriptions:

-Develop and execute channel expansion and sales growth strategies; fully responsible for achieving performance targets

-Build, train, and manage the sales team; establish sales processes and incentive mechanisms

-Develop and maintain various channel part agents, distributors, platform partners, etc.)

-Establish sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting systems to ensure business transparency and control

-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to convert marketing leads into sales performance

-Directly participate in key account negotiations and major channel partnership agreements

-Analyze market and competitive trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitive advantages

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or channel management, with at least 1 year in team leadership

-Candidates with experience in platform-based businesses (e-commerce, food delivery, mobility, SaaS, etc.) are preferred

-Strong negotiation skills and network resources; capable of building a sales system from zero

-Data-driven, with the ability to optimize sales processes and channel strategies through data analysis

-Strong leadership and team motivation skills

-Able to adapt to frequent travel and a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
