E-Commerce & Rental Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Website & Product Management

  • Update and manage rental products and prices on the company website.
  • Ensure product details, photos, and availability are accurate.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for website or promotion updates.

Customer Service Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, website chat) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service or Operations team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide excellent after-sales and rental support.

Rental & Inventory Operations

  • Handle rental orders, quotations, and delivery/collection schedules.
  • Track inventory movement (stock in/out, rental returns, damages).
  • Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports, inventory status, and rental performance.
  • Flag operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist management in monitoring KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email, Online Forms).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
