Sales Executive

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join us at our facility in Selangor.
**Key responsibilities**:
Performs assigned tasks of limited scope accurately, under partial supervision, by utilizing learned things.
- Familiar with customer needs and conversion process.
- Has some working knowledge of account / distribution (dealer) / territory management
- Conducts sales / marketing activities under close supervision and builds good relationships with customers.
- Has a growing familiarity with customer needs and conversion price
- Negotiates with partial support from supervision in normal, usually less complex situations.
- Is familiar with business objectives, group objectives, marketing / sales strategies / plans and territory plans.
- Responsible for sales target, develop and manage customers in area as agree with Supervisor.
- To responsible for customer’s payment not to overdue.
- To report customers and competitor’s activities and situation in the marketplace in a timely.
- Keeps close relationship with jobbers / body shops / factory in assigned area to promote sales and explore new market.
- Must be able to independently solve routine problems as occurred under partial supervision.
- To treat all company information as strictly confidential.
- To confirm the standard of ISO in response to quality policy.
- To always perform the assigned job with the safety conscious as per company safety guideline.
- To be responsible for any other assignment by the immediate supervisor.
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years direct selling experience in coating products into aftermarket refinish
- Acts as a team member.
- Has basic problem-solving skills (e.g. cause analysis, info gathering) to resolve less complex problems in situations where there are many precedents.
- Basic reading & speaking English.
- Computer literate (Excel)
