**Description**
- Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
- Ensure that all commissioning activities are aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
- Oversee the commissioning process, including testing, troubleshooting, and validating all systems and equipment.
- Lead the commissioning team and manage subcontractors involved in commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards during commissioning.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, test results, and modifications.
- Report on progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management.
- Ensure all equipment and systems meet design specifications and performance criteria.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Identify and address any deficiencies or non-conformances.
- Provide training to operations staff on new systems and equipment.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs.
- Ensure a smooth handover of the plant to the operations team upon completion of commissioning.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power plant systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Labuan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
