**Requirements**:
- Min a Diploma in Human Resources or in related field. Fresh grads are encourage to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay.
- Good in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel.
- Have a license and transport will be added as advantages.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily operation of the HR functions and duties.
- Process documentation for government official
- Handle foreign matters (immigration, fomema)
- Assist in payroll in verifying staffs claims and attendance
- Assist account executive
- Maintaining company and staff group insurance and medical claim.
- Maintain employees relation and welfare
- Responsible for recruitment process (advertise, screening, interview)
- Verify daily attendance and leave record.
- Keeping stationaries inventories stock level.
- Perform administrative works
- Responsible for keeping company asset and record
- Multitasking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
