Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment process, and coordinating the selection process.
- Manage with onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Assist in managing conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Coordinate and assist in implementing performance management processes such as appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and creating development plans for employees.
- Identify and assist training needs across the organization and assist in organizing training sessions or programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Provide information to employees regarding benefits and compensation packages.
- Assist to develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
