About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at Puchong. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. As the Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function, contributing to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Providing administrative support for HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee records management
  • Facilitating employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Collaborating with managers to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Supporting the development and delivery of HR-related training programmes
  • Participating in projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role and administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially in EXCEL with the ability to manage HR-related databases and systems
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
