This role leads and develops business partnerships while applying correct and advanced Human Resource theories, principles and practices on complex issues. Actively involved in daily operations and leverages team to accomplish objectives. Leads development of programs and processes in collaboration with Center of Expertise (COE) while ensuring consistent application and implementation. Develops Global Talent Management (GTM) initiatives to support business goals and strategies. Consult with leaders and employees to optimize organizational and individual performance. Provides guidance and sets direction for HR teams. Coordinates resources to ensure cross functional alignment within the business stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership skills to counsel leaders and employees on organizational and individual performance needs and solutions.
  • Expert interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities coupled with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to evaluate solution effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and leverage organizational resources effectively and lead/support Global Workforce Strategy.
  • Proven consulting skills to influence business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a business case by analyzing situations, making sound decisions, anticipating obstacles and developing alternative courses of action.
  • Ability to set direction and develop strategies to accomplish business goals.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5+ years previous proven experience in Human Resources or leadership in functional business area in Manufacturing Industry/Factory Operations.
