We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of talent, especially creative professionals.
- Support in building and maintaining a strong employer brand within the interior design industry.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, policies, and correspondence.
- Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support management in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in creative, design, or project-based industries.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
