**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the company’s website backend, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing information. Understanding SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and monitor sales across multiple online platforms, including the company website, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Support social media - brainstorming and proposing content ideas for product promotion, campaigns, and engagement.
- Handle customer service inquiries and support, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.
- Conduct competitor research to keep up with current market trends and pricing strategies.
- Assist in the creation and editing of product images. Photoshop skills are an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- **Ability to read and write in Chinese is required**, as the role involves regular correspondence from China supplier.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with website backends (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Microsoft Excel, basic data analysis, and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented, Multitasking, Good Communication and Teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
