Team Monitoring
1. Lead and monitor the team to ensure the tasks of team members are
on track and completed according to SOP and achieve KPI set.
2. Prepare team performance report to HOD for employee evaluation.
Planning and Strategy
- Collect brief from Digital Marketing Specialist (Sales Team) to understand client’s requirements and target to be achieved, and prepare proposals and pitching presentations to on-board new clients.
- Work together with e-commerce team to provide clear business insights on planning 360 e-commerce strategy for clients according to their objective:
- E-commerce Auditing
- Listing Optimization
- Product Strategy
- Pricing Strategy
- Promotion Strategy
- Marketing Activities Strategy
- Sales Channels and Platforms Strategy
- E-commerce Marketing Roadmaps
- Develop Project Timeline.
- Sales Forecasting
- KPI Forecasting for each activity
Promotion and Execution
- Support on the operation of e-commerce platform when needed, which include:
- Submit / setting up campaigns and promotions
- Update posts, banners and design, update or edit product information
- Monitor campaigns and promotions to ensure the campaigns are run smoothly and free from error.
- Inventory Forecasting and Management
- Respond to customers’ query and solve customers’ issues
- Feedback on reviews
- Developing FAQs
- Sending broadcast messages
- Process and prepare e-commerce orders’ documents for packers to perform fulfilment.
Content
- Review on content direction prepared by e-commerce team before proceed to content creation.
Media
1. Review and comment on media strategy planned by Media Team to
generate effective media buy performance.
Communication and Collaboration
- Liaise with client to update on e-commerce performance and proposing new idea to improve client’s business.
- Work closely with Tech Team on IT relevant projects, such as e-commerce website or system development.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and related departments to shape planning and strategy for client business.
Report and Analytics
1. Work with data analytics and e-commerce team to prepare reports on
e-commerce and marketing campaign performance, such as
engagement metrics, sales attribution, product overview, product
ranking, KPI, ROI, etc.
2. Study and understand e-commerce reports to identify marketing
effectiveness and propose activities to improve the overall performance
for upcoming months.
3. Liaise with Analytics Specialist to identify how competitors are
performing in the market.
**; Requirements**: - 1. Have experience in leading a team of minimum 2 members.
2. Have experience in preparing proposals.
3. Knows how to perform presentation.
4. Strong in strategy.
5. Knows how to do forecasting.
6. Understanding on frontend and seller centre operation of Shopee and Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Have experience in processing online orders.
9. Knows what messages and elements to put in a banner and what are the key messages to focus.
10. Have sense on Target Audience, Ads Type, Ads Duration, Content, etc. 11. Have experience in servicing clients.
12. Good communication and understanding skill.
13. Knows suitable data to be put in a report for different client.
14. Understanding the meaning of all metrics on platforms that we serve.
15. Knows how to analyse data and prepare findings and insights.
16. Prepare learnings from market analysis to improve client's strategy planning.
17. Minimum 2 years’ experience in overseeing e-commerce performance, managing online marketplaces and demonstrated success in a number of diverse roles.
18. Experienced in business development, sales growth or account management.
19. Experience working in an agency is a plus.
20. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
21. You must be passionate in exploring the digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem. (A plus for you if you are an ecommerce shopaholic)
22. Strong attention to detail.
23. Strong time management skill.
24. Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times.
25. Strong analytical acumen with the ability to evaluate analysis.
26. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
27. Ability to establish cooperation and rapport with internal and external parties.
28. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
