**Job description**:
As the E-Commerce Marketplace Assistance you will be responsible to maintain the company's multiple marketplaces and social media channels on a day-to-day basic to ensure positive customer engagement, store performance index and sales achievement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for uploading product pictures, copy-writing content, maintenance and any updates.
- Manage company social media pages and social media engagement via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube etc).
- Report, analyse and improve all online marketing strategies in line with company on going campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Involve in e-commerce and manage all e-commerce sales and marketing related matters.
- Promote online selling via various platforms.
- Store banner, event banner and product editing.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, track delivery and update customer until customer complete the review.
- Attend to customers enquiries from before or after sales.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate in digital media or interactive/online-related work.
- Basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills and copywriting skills.
- Understand of E-Commerce and Apps backend system.
- Structured and has good analytical skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing experience.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently.
- Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
