Customer Service Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor the Customer Service duties to ensure sales orders are issued on time to avoid delay of customer’s order.
- Manage customer enquiry or request related to sales order
- Handle the customer’s complaint related products/delivery/ returns/reject etc.
- Responsible to handle Export order / East Malaysia and any large volume orders / needs special requirement.
- Conduct and analyze finding of annual customer satisfaction survey.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistic, Production and Business department pertaining customer’s order status.
- Assist Business unit for sample request and responsible for sample approval before releasing to customer.
- Monitor the of rejected orders on monthly basis and recommend actions for improvement.
- Responsible to monitor operation of the Company’s Kiosk.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Administration/ Management/Business Studies/Marketing or equivalents.
- At least (2) years of working experience in related field and preferred in manufacturing sector
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Must have excellent selling, coordinating, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.
