**LOCATION**:
Hospital Serdang, Kajang.

**RESPOSIBILITIES**:

- Source, evaluate, and procure a wide range of supplies including food, beverages, equipment, and materials for restaurant and banquet hall operations.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to understand ingredient and equipment requirements, ensuring timely delivery of items.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery details.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with kitchen and event management teams to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of procurement strategies and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and relevant procurement regulations.
- Any other duties assigned and instructed by the superior.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or event management.
- Typhoid and Food Handling Certificate is a must.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for various health conditions.
- Solid experience and knowledge in Hospital business, processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with KKM’s food safety regulations and compliance.
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
