**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to IT governance and prepare reports and presentations based on the data analysis.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports on IT governance activities and performance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Participate in meetings and provide support to IT governance committees and working groups.
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events related to IT governance.

**Competencies & Core Skill Sets**
- Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- Some knowledge in Administrative/Finance
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great team player.

**About Governance, Assurance, & Planning (GAP)**:
GAP aims to close the knowledge gap and make all relevant data easier to access across the Group ICT Department so that we can align on a “single source of truth”. The unit will centrally manage:

- Governance and SOPs,
- Risk management,
- Audit monitoring and closures,
- Cybersecurity coordination,
- Financial administration and planning, and
- Strategy planning
- GAP will monitor, maintain and enforce policies and will also liaise with other Group ICT departments for related deliverables and submissions.
- GAP will identify, organize, review and maintain where applicable, all data related to projects, assets and systems under care, contracts and financials.
