Managing day-to-day project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Organizing and maintaining project documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly sorted.
- Handling the control of inbound and outbound project documentation with precision.
- Recording meeting minutes and preparing project reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project needs are met effectively.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as TNB, consulting firms, and local authorities on licensing and documentation requirements.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the project evolves and your skills grow.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Familiarity with project documentation, filing systems, and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks such as invoice tracking and handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client or company information.

**Work Days**: 5 days a week

**Working hours** : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
